Bad Customer service: We sent our parcels with them and they delivered them opened with some books missing and they claimed that it is the customs: customs have X-Ray machines and when they suspect something they open it and seal it back, but our parcels were open with a cutter and books stolen. We called them to draw their attention to this act but they just ignored that...What a customer service...Zero Rating for customer service, Zero Rating for Business ethics, Zero Rating for the way of doing business, Zero Rating for handling the issues. I have attached two screenshot to show how your parcels will be delivered with Transglobal Service

Broken and damaged packages

i sent a parcel from London and it was so damaged when it got to its destination that is was unusable, they then offered me no compensation for breaking my goods and tied to blame the company they used to ship it, just use DPD/ UPS/ FEDX and avoid using these middlemen. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Missing packages

I cannot believe this company would lose so many of my parcels. Even had the cheek to question if I had dropped them off at the packing shop!! ..clearly judging customers by their own standards! My advice is make sure you get everything signed as some shops will not sign anything so they don't get any comebacks when your parcels go missing. Will never recommend or use this company again.

Lost packages

I thought this was a great company going by the positive reviews, tried them during the cyber attacks. Unfortunately I have been let down by Transglobal not so great when you have to chase your packages up as there's been no updates or scans from drop off point. My orders didn't arrive to customers. Think they may have been stolen by the company.

I wouldnt recommend these guys as they do not deliver the goods unfortunately. Parcels go missing and when you put on a claim they don't pay out. Not to be trusted.

Beware of cheats!

No knowledge of customs, documentation or rules and regulations. Be ready for no assistance from the company in case of any issues. The shipper needs to have all the knowledge about international shipment, since Transglobal will advise only on money part. My shipment is stuck and the company refused to offer any help for same. Pathetic service!

DODGY SOUTH AFRICAN IMPORT TAX DEMAND

USED GLOBAL EXPRESS TO SEND A PARCEL CONTAINING SECOND HAND CHILDRENS SHOES AND CLOTHES TO BENEFIT THE KIDS IN A A POOR NATIVE SCHOOL IN SOUTH AFRICA RUN BY A CHARITY. I WAS SHOCKED TO RECEIVE AN IMPORT TAX DEMAND FOR $150 US EMAILED FROM THEIR DEPOT IN JOHANNESBURG. HAVING CONTACTED THE LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICES BY PHONE FROM LONDON, IN ORDER TO EXPLAIN THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE PARCEL HAD NO VALUE, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE DEMAND IS NOT OFFICIAL BUT PROBABLY A RUSE TO EXTRACT A BRIBE. AND EXPLAINED THAT AN OFFICIAL DEMAND WOULD BE ISSUED IN RAND, NOT US $?? AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO TRACK DOWN SOMEBODY IN THE UK CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON. HAVE HAD PROMISES TO INVESTIGATE AND RING ME BACK BUT AFTER A WEEK HAVE STILL NOT HEARD A THING. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. AVOID

All the label information they provided was incorrect, the courier who collected my parcels told me that Transglobal Express are cheap, but ultimately awful. However, this isn't the worst of it. My parcel arrived beaten up with a 37cm cut through one of the boxes. Not only did some of my valuable items arrive broken, but the insurance I bought from Transglobal Express turned out to be completely worthless. Despite providing photo evidence and proof of the cost of the broken items, they refused to pay a penny. I feel doubly cheated and would never use them again. I wish I'd used a more reputable company, even if they are more expensive, my loss more than outweighs the cost.

Empty promises and countless delays

I have used these guys twice and had big delays both times. The services they use with UPS would usually be guaranteed - for example UPS Express Saver - but as they buy space in wholesale from UPS it means the items they send are on low priority. The company itself makes absolutely no guarantees of service delivery. I have big delays on both consignments and when I emailed them they were quick to respond but didn't ever offer a solution: they usually just explained that there was a delay and they had no control over the speediness of the delivery. When it came to collections the driver usually missed a collection or came right at the end of his shift usually almost missing the collection altogether. I am still waiting for a consignment to move, which has been sat in Stansted for over 24 hours doing nothing. They attribute this to unforeseen circumstances; what it actually is in the words of UPS is a delay due to the late arrival of a UPS trailer. I can quite safely say this was not an unforeseen circumstance.

Shameful and Deceitful

Terrible customer service and misinformation - I spoke to several customer service representatives, firstly I was given the wrong flight information. I had to call multiple times to inquire about the flight, and they said they had done us a favour for swallowing up the cost - whereas it was their fault to start off. Secondly, they told me and my husband completely different things. Thirdly, they got names wrong on the flight and addresses mixed up. And lastly, after speaking to several people at different times, they all failed to provide important information from me that was necessary for the luggage to get through customs - essential information that should have been presented to me clearly and explicitly. After calling them up to complain several times, explaining the situation - they refused to provide any compensation whatsoever - they didn't take any responsibility at all and the manager didn't even have the decency to come to the phone to speak to me, despite being extremely frustrated by this ordeal. Shameful behaviour, inadequate customer service and a total lack of understanding. I don't complain often but this has totally crossed the line.

My Parcel was damaged but does't reflect their so called high standards

Had a small table delivered from uk to us it was my aunts and she passed away and it meant a lot to me so i wanted it shipped home. They informed me that it got damaged. They have not informed me what kind of damage but they only said that even though i paid for insurance I wont get any claim for the damage. I tried tracking the parcel and it says that it is being returned to sender on 1 line and being delayed a day because they cant find the invoice. Talk about a screwed up company, and now they informed me they are shipping the table back to uk and i am in the us.(I guess they want to make sure it gets damaged some more)They told me that i wasn't suppose to ship the small end table because non flat parcels are not accepted but my thing is why did the driver pick it up and why was it sent from uk to us. I paid 84 pounds for nothing and i still don't have my small table. If you want to send anything that is valuable to you don't got thru this company.

No refund for lost parcel

In 2009 I used their service (Transglobal Express UK) to move my books and other property (12 parcels) from the UK to Greece when I finished my studies. The parcels got lost, spread around different cities, and arrived about a month later, only after I contacted DHL (the carrier) to find out what had happened. One of the parcels never arrived and I filled in a compensation claim form through Transglobal Express to be forwarded to DHL. They never contacted me about my refund and instead they charged me extra money for overweight, even though I was careful to overestimate the actual weight of my parcels in order to avoid such additional costs (ironically the parcels that finally found their way to me weighed even less than the overall stated amount). When I asked them about my refund claim they wrote me that there was a discrepancy with DHL over the number of parcels which they were waiting to resolve and they would contact me later (it was already 5 months after my initial order). This never happened and I never received the due refund. Overall my loss was about 450GBP, not to mention the time and effort I wasted. I think the problem in the first place was that when I made the order through their website, I was erroneously advised to not print any labels to stick on the parcels, because my address details would be passed to DHL automatically. This apparently didn't happen and the DHL employee who came for the collection asked me to write the address on the parcels by hand, which for some reason was totally ignored and overwritten with new incorrect labels by DHL. This already means that the Tranglobal Express online ordering service is incorrectly configured. But what I couldn't imagine is that they would be so irresponsible and unconcerned about paying me compensation! I guess they relied on the fact that I was just a student and had just left the UK, so it would be inconvenient for me to sue them which was indeed true.

one of the worst parcel service provider in UK. They are robbing and cheating with customer, take payment, never deliver and never give refund as well.

completely a scam, fraud and a dodgy provider. so beware everybody to deal with this dodgy provider.
